Francis Gingras Roy, CIM has 10 years’ experience at Manulife Wealth Inc. He is a senior investment advisor, co-owner of Diligence Wealth Management, and founder of its Quebec City branch.
Diligence was founded in 2000 by Camille Estephan, driven by a desire to offer a complete range of solutions to clients. In 2008, the practice partnered strategically with Manulife Wealth, reinforcing its ability to serve customers with the best resources available. Since then, it has become the largest team at Manulife Wealth in Canada.

In addition to his impressive track record, Francis has mentored over a hundred new recruits within the organization, proving his commitment to training the next generation of advisors. A devoted father of two young daughters, Sofia and Olivia, he also has a passion for motorsports, particularly amateur motor racing.
