With Croesus since 2018, Mr. Larose is Vice-President of Customer Experience since 2021, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a culture where the customer is at the center of the action. In addition, he is leading the legal and governance department as well as the project office.

Mr. Larose has over 25 years of experience in management and consulting in the IT, Banking, Telecommunications and Contact Centers industries, amongst others. He holds an MBA in business strategy, a Law degree, a certificate in Economics and he has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993.
