Fund gives access to predominantly North American dividend paying equity securities
Arrow Capital Management has launched another liquid alternative mutual fund with an ETF series.
Arrow EC Equity Advantage Alternative Fund is available through FundSERV, and also as an actively managed ETF series which launched on the TSX on Thursday under the ticker ADIV.
The fund uses two strategies to give investors access to a portfolio of predominantly North American dividend paying equity securities. It combines a proprietary market neutral strategy investing long and short in North American equity securities with up to 100% exposure in the S&P / TSX Composite Index.
Mark Purdy, managing director & chief investment officer of Arrow, says that the launch expands the firm’s relationship with East Coast Asset Management SEZC which serves as sub-advisor for the fund, adding that "we will continue to invest to expand our product line up, providing investors greater accessibility to our strategies.”
New strategy development
