Blue Cross has the best reputation of all health benefit insurers in Canada, according to new Leger ranking
Blue Cross has been identified by consumers as the most reputable health benefits provider in the insurance sector, according to a poll conducted by Leger, beating out other established life insurance and benefit companies.
To determine companies’ reputational status, Leger measured companies across several categories and scored them based on the benefits provided, quality, honesty and transparency. Blue Cross received an overall high-awareness score of 89%.

We are delighted that Canadians have reacted so positively to Blue Cross in our first year in the survey.”
A total of 230 brands were assessed for the ranking, including those in retail and consumer brands categories. Of all brands, Blue Cross ranked 75 out of the top 100 throughout the nation.
More than 25,000 Canadians were polled for the annual ranking.
