MSH Americas has announced the launch of a new suite of solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of global travellers and SMEs.
The company is part of MSH International, a Siaci Saint Honore subsidiary that is a world leader in designing and managing international healthcare and life & disability insurance solutions for globally mobile individuals, including employees and high-net-worth individuals. It has launched LivExpat, which it described as “a new generation of flexible, cost-efficient, and innovative health insurance plans.”
“SMEs and individuals are changing and their travel and expatriate lifestyles are becoming more diverse and unique in their needs and expectations,” said Pamela Kwiatkowski, senior vice president, Distribution & Client Experience at MSH Americas. “It is our mission to make sure they are supported with programs that are flexible and cost-appropriate.”
The fully insured LivExpat plans offer policy holders choices between emergency medical-only coverage or comprehensive medical coverage with a range of optional benefits. With numerous duration options, they offer benefits that can be mixed and match to suit individuals or employees, such as:
- Medical benefits including hospitalization, routine and vision care, prescription drugs, and optional dental care
- Evacuation provisions that include transportation, hospitalization, and repatriation
- Employee assistance program
- Life coverage
- Long-term disability
- Temporary and permanent total disability

The LivExpat line of solutions includes access to MSH’s exclusive provider network, which consists of in-house 24/7 assistance and case management as well as over a million healthcare professionals worldwide. Premiums for LivExpat are also categorized into three geographical zones — high, medium, and low-risk locations — so that policy holders and sponsors pay for what they need.
LivExpat beneficiaries can also use the MSH Navigator, a mobile application that includes geo-tracking, security warnings, and travel guides, as well as two-way communication and single-touch access to emergency assistance and provider networks.
