New offerings provide enhanced access to North American growth opportunities
Mackenzie Investments has launched two new offerings that promise to give Canadian investors improved access to markets across North America.
The newly unveiled Mackenzie North American Equity Fund and Mackenzie North American Balanced Fund are managed by the Mackenzie Bluewater Team, an investment boutique that adopts a broad, macro view of the global economy and has demonstrated expertise in building a concentrated portfolio of distinctive industry leaders with an exceptional competitive edge.

The Mackenzie North American Equity Fund invests in a relatively concentrated portfolio of mainly US and Canadian companies distributed across sectors and industries. It aims to provide some degree of stability to investors seeking consistent growth in their investments over the long term. By applying a rigorous valuation process, the team aims to identify leading companies with above-average rates of growth and diminished cyclicality.
Meanwhile, the Mackenzie North American Balanced Fund’s underlying holdings include a combination of equity investments in US and Canadian companies, as well as a diversified portfolio of US and Canadian fixed income securities. The portfolio is constructed to maximize risk-adjusted returns, as well as fulfill the growth, income, and volatility objectives of balanced fund investors.
