Independent investment manager seeks new and improved experience through cloud-based, managed solution
After it unveiled a Canada-specific client onboarding solution for wealth firms, Appway has announced an agreement with a Canadian wealth firm to implement its software.
Baskin Wealth Management, an independently owned investment management firm that works with Canadian high-net-worth families and foundations, has selected Appway’s Client Onboarding for Wealth solution to provide a superior onboarding experience for both clients and advisors.
Under the agreement, Appway will also deliver another market-leading solution, the Appway Cloud. A fully managed infrastructure powered by AWS Canada, Appway Cloud handles security, compliance, performance, and overall maintenance and updates.

In a study conducted by independent research firm Forrester, Appway’s client onboarding solution was found to reduce Not In Good Order (NIGO) submissions by 80%. It also accelerated onboarding times by 90%, and cut down front-to-back office effort by more than 70%.
