A consortium of central banks warned Sunday that emerging markets are at risk from current economic conditions. The Bank of International Settlements highlighted the strong US dollar and China’s weakness among the concerns for global growth. The BIS report said that rather than isolated incidents of concern there was accumulated pressure along “major fault lines”.
