The search is on for Canadian wealth industry's premiere advisors, practices, firms, and service providers
Wealth Professional’s annual search for excellent individuals, teams, organizations, and service providers in Canada’s wealth industry is well and truly under way.
The call for nominations for the 2023 WP Awards, which will once again be held in person at the historic Liberty Grand Hotel in Toronto, is now on its second week.
With 23 categories, the Ninth Annual Wealth Professional Awards celebrates the individuals, teams, and organizations, and investment professionals who are making a difference and leading the way in transforming the Canadian investment space.
WP is accepting nominations for Canada’s top wealth professionals until March 3. The Excellence Awardees for each category will be announced in April, after which an independent panel of experts will evaluate the hopefuls for each category to select the winners.
Expect country’s leading advisors, wealth managers, broker dealers, wealth tech providers, and investment firms to come together for a night of glitz, glamour, and recognition at the WP Awards event on June 1.
Among the prestigious accolades up for grabs is the The Equiton Award for Canadian Advisor of the Year, which will be presented to the country’s most outstanding advisor.
For this award, stakeholders in the selection process will be considering candidates’ use of exemplary business development strategies; knowledge, understanding, and communication of investment opportunities to clients; and their efforts to educate clients and the broader industry about investment strategies, among other criteria.
