Canadians expect to work longer says survey

A new survey warns that many Canadians have little in the way of savings for their retirement and almost half are living paycheque to paycheque

A new survey warns that many Canadians have little in the way of savings for their retirement and almost half are living paycheque to paycheque. The Canadian Payroll Association found that 35 per cent expect to work longer due to concerns over their retirement savings. Forty-seven per cent of workers say they are saving just 5 per cent of their income, half the recommended amount.
