Kim Thompson spearheads team that will assist in the following growth phase
Harbourfront Wealth Management has announced Kim Thompson’s appointment as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Advisor Services, effective September 6, 2022.
With more than three decades of experience, Thompson joins Harbourfront Wealth from Aviso Wealth, where she was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Chief Transformation Officer.
She has a successful track record in business development, expanding and modernizing financial investment firms across numerous business units and functions, and creating winning strategic plans for fast-growing companies.
Thompson will become a member of Harbourfront's executive team in her new position as SVP and take the helm of the organization's strategic corporate business development initiative.

Thompson will have direct control over Willoughby Asset Management's Business Development, Harbourfront Wealth’s subsidiary under The Harbourfront Group. She will also oversee other crucial anad additional aspects of Harbourfront Wealth's operations, such as Facilities, Advisor Practice Management, and Advisor Practice Management.
Thompson will be in charge of developing new practice management techniques as well as educational and training programs for Watermark Private Portfolios.

Following the successful conclusion of a new partnership with Audax Private Equity Group and a nine-figure equity injection, Thompson joins the Executive Team alongside Sandy Gerber, Harbourfront's new CMO.
