Stephen Harper says that the budget will be balanced in the 2015-16 year despite lower growth. The Prime Minister said on Tuesday that the economy is growing and ruled out stimulus measures as a result. He said that although there is concern about the high levels of debt held by some households, the government is confident that both borrowers and lenders are “in good financial shape.”
