Mergers and terminations, as well as new series, have been announced

National Bank Investments has announced plans to streamline its fund lineup through mergers and terminations. The firm has also announced new fund series.
Pending regulator and special security-holder approval, the bank has announced plans to terminate certain funds by merging them into other continuing funds. The terminating funds will be closed to new subscriptions. The mergers are slated to occur on or about May 12 and May 19.

Thirteen funds and series have also been slated for outright termination without being merged into another fund. These include F5 and T5 Series of the Westwood Global Dividend Fund; Institutional and M Series of the National Bank Money Market Fund; and the National Bank Short Term Yield Class. They were closed to new subscriptions as of March 1, and will be terminated on or about May 11.
New H and FH series have been created for the NBI US High Conviction Equity Private Portfolio and the NBI International High Conviction Equity Private Portfolio. New series will also be created for certain continuing funds on or about May 12, and will be reserved to investors of associated terminating funds.
