Continuing today’s theme of negative economic stories that are not quite as bad as they could be; Charles Sousa, Ontario’s finance minister says the province’s deficit is $10.9 billion; $1.6 billion lower than previously projected. The provincial budget will be coming during the spring although Mr Sousa has not given a date for it yet.
