The growing trend among teens to use electronic cigarettes in what’s known as ‘vaping’ is being curbed by Ontario. The province is introducing legislation that will treat the practice more like smoking traditional cigarettes. Under-19s would be banned from buying or consuming the e-cigs and usage would be restricted in places where normal cigarettes are restricted. Flavoured tobaccos will also be banned.
