Saskatchewan firm PotashCorp is to acquire a 9.5 per cent stake in Brazilian company Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. The deal should lead to the Canadian firm becoming the main supplier of potash to the fertilizer manufacturer. It’s expected that the deal will complete later in the year.
