Cliff Natural Resources is being sued by the Bank of Nova Scotia over an alleged breach of a loan agreement. The Globe and Mail reports that the lawsuit relates to bankruptcy protection for the US firm’s Quebec mining operation at Bloom Lake which the bank claims amounts to a default which triggers accelerated payments. It is seeking U$52.6 million.
