The bank recently announced that some senior executives would be losing their jobs but CBC says it has seen internal emails that suggest more streamlining further down the line. The bank’s spokesman has confirmed that there are some roles that are being cut, mainly at an executive level outside of the personal banking business but he would not say how many people or at what levels any cuts may affect in the longer term.
