A new era begins as Morley Greene assumes a higher role
After over 26 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Morley Greene will take on the role of Executive Chairman, according to Trez Capital, a leading supplier of private commercial real estate debt and equity financing solutions in Canada and the US. As Co-Chief Executive Officers, executive executives John D. Hutchinson and Dean Kirkham will assume daily management of the company.

The partnership at Trez Capital is constantly evolving and gaining new insights, abilities, and specializations. John Hutchinson joined the partnership in the fall of 2021, having worked with the company for 13 years in progressively senior roles and 20 years in the house construction industry.
John Maragliano and Dean Kirkham were accepted as partners in early 2023. Dean entered Trez Capital in 2016 as Chief Credit Officer, progressing to more senior positions until his most recent one as President and Chief Operating Officer.

John Hutchinson will continue to concentrate on the company's debt and equity origination business in his new position as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Origination. Dean Kirkham will carry on the crucial pillars of risk and capital raising for the company in his role as co-chief executive officer and president.
In addition to his present position as Global Head of Origination, John Hutchinson will take on the additional title of Co-Chief Operating Officer, and together with Kirkham, they will set the company's purpose, vision, values, and strategic direction.
