The federal finance minister announced that the process raised $2.11 billion. Telus, BCE and Eastlink were also winners while Rogers Communications missed out. Mobilicity did not bid; meanwhile the government has asked the Supreme Court to throw out a law suit by a group of the firm’s shareholders.
