After launching a new designation, Professional Financial Advisor (PFA), in 2019, Advocis celebrated the first graduating class of the program in 2020. That accomplishment was definitely a highlight for president and CEO Greg Pollock, yet Advocis had more new initiatives in 2020 as it sought to provide support to those impacted by the pandemic. Perhaps one of the most noteworthy programs was Advocis Connect, designed to help Canadian small businesses by connecting them with an advisor for guidance on pandemic-related issues.
