Coming in at number eight, Saskatoon-based Bart Hunter saw increases in both his AUM and clients in the past year. He’s constantly looking for ways to add more value to his clients and believes that relying on the diverse skills of his team is a great way to do it.
“I view the world as one in which people need to have growth to be happy,” he says. “I am able to delegate to people on my team who have unique abilities in the areas that they work in, which frees me up to spend time on the areas that I love working in.
“I believe that the development and growth of my team is something that I will always be proud of,” he adds. “Personal production numbers are a by-product of doing good business.”
