McEachern embodies the young advisor’s return to a multi-faceted approach in directing client funds, but by tweaking and enhancing the tried-and-true insurance product. Using all the financial tools, life insurance, segregated funds, GICs, RSPs and TFSAs, he’s focused on helping young people and families balance budgets, protect income and grow assets. A graduate of Laurentian University in 2011, Scott McEachern took a year off to get married. He travelled and spent time with family in British Columbia. But he says his true calling was working with his father in Barrie, Ont., at McEachern Financial Strategies.
