Dynamic Funds launches new active ETF for innovation

Dynamic Funds has announced the launch of the Dynamic Active Innovation and Disruption ETF, which began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

DXID is designed to provide long-term capital appreciation by focusing on equity securities of global companies leveraging innovative technologies or disruptive, technology-driven business models.

The ETF is actively managed by Noah Blackstein, vice president and senior portfolio Manager, who has over three decades of experience managing US and global growth funds across various asset types, currently overseeing approximately $8bn in assets.

Mark Brisley, managing director of Dynamic Funds, highlighted the significance of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, which are reshaping industries worldwide.

According to Brisley, DXID offers advisors and investors targeted exposure to companies driving innovation while maintaining a focus on prudent risk management.

The launch of DXID adds to Dynamic Funds’ portfolio of over 25 active ETFs.

This suite spans diverse categories, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, promising advisors an expanded selection of products to address evolving client needs.
