CI GAM changes names of nine funds and updates risk ratings for three others to reflect mandates better

Name Changes
CI GAM has renamed nine funds. These new names better reflect the funds' mandates and ensure consistency across CI GAM’s small/mid-cap equity offerings, covering Canadian, US, North American, and global portfolios.
CI GAM’s team of small/mid-cap equity specialists, supported by extensive research capabilities, manages these funds. The investment objectives and strategies of the funds remain unchanged despite the new names.
These changes form part of CI GAM’s strategic initiative to modernize and enhance its product offerings, making it easier for advisors and investors to engage with the firm.

The CI Global Infrastructure Private Pool is available in both mutual fund and ETF series units. CI GAM bases these risk rating changes on the risk classification methodology mandated by the Canadian Securities Administrators.
This process determines the risk level of mutual funds, including ETFs. CI GAM reviews the risk rating for each fund it manages at least annually and whenever a fund undergoes a material change.
The recent changes result from an annual review and do not reflect any changes to the funds' investment objectives, strategies, or management.
