TD Asset Management announces changes to TD Mutual Funds

TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, has announced changes to the TD Mutual Funds line-up, effective on or about July 25.

The TD Mutual Funds Simplified Prospectus and Fund Facts will reflect these changes, which TDAM will file on or about July 25. 

Lower Management and Administration Fees 

Starting July 25, TDAM will reduce the management and administration fees for specific series of the Funds as shown below:
