Honour top financial professionals and firms—nominate industry leaders before February 7
The Wealth Professional Awards is returning for its 11th year will once again shine a spotlight on the outstanding individuals, teams, and organizations shaping Canada’s wealth management sector.
As the industry’s most prestigious awards event, the WPAs recognize those who set new standards in leadership, innovation, and client service.
Excellence across the industry will be celebrated through 24 award categories, highlighting achievements in financial literacy, advisory excellence, philanthropy, and investment innovation.
Among the awards presented will be the Financial Literacy Champion Award, honouring professionals dedicated to educating clients, and the Advisory Team of the Year, recognizing collaborative excellence.
The Alternative Investment Solutions Provider of the Year category showcases firms leading the way in innovative investment strategies, while the Philanthropy & Community Service Award highlights those making a difference beyond the financial sector.
Last year’s winners demonstrated the impact of exceptional work in the industry.
Ben Felix of PWL Capital, who received the IFSE Institute Award for Financial Literacy Champion, reflected on the recognition, saying, “To me, personally, it has been a validation of the courses of action and the strategies that we've taken. They've made an impact in the eyes of our clients and have been recognized by the industry.”
Team Kelvin Rampersad of Carte Wealth Management Inc., honoured as Advisory Team of the Year (Under 10 Staff), was recognized for delivering high-quality client service through a collaborative approach.
Centurion Asset Management Inc. was awarded Alternative Investment Solutions Provider of the Year, standing out for its innovation in alternative investments.
The 2025 WPAs will bring together the best in the industry for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration. Set to take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Liberty Grand in Toronto, this exclusive gala will honour the winners in an atmosphere of prestige and excitement.
Excellence awardees will be announced online in April 2025, with the FP Canada Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Financial Planning Industry presented exclusively at the event.
