Croesus announces new CFO to lead financial strategy

Croesus has announced the appointment of Éric Simon as vice-president, chief financial officer.

Simon brings over 25 years of experience in senior financial roles, particularly in the technology sector.

His previous roles include CFO positions at Octasic, where he was the Vice-President, Finance and Administration, and at Frank And Oak. He also held the position of vice-president, Finance at Fibrenoire and served as director of Financial Planning and Corporate Development at Cogeco Cable.

Vincent Fraser, president and CEO of Croesus, emphasized Simon's expertise in financial management and technology as critical for the company. He stated, “[His] expertise in financial management and his extensive experience in technology are invaluable assets to our company.”

Fraser also highlighted that Simon's strategic vision and leadership would drive the company to “new levels of success.”

As part of his new responsibilities, Simon plans to expand the financial team, including hiring a financial controller and a financial analyst, to prepare for the company’s next phase of growth.

Simon will oversee the company’s financial strategy and management, including financing and strategic projects.
