CWB Financial Group celebrates its fourth accolade as one of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures
CWB Financial Group has been named one of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital for the fourth time, previously receiving this honour in 2010, 2013, and 2020, and now again in 2023.
This recognition has earned CWB a place in Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures Hall of Fame, highlighting its reputation as a prime destination for top talent.
The award celebrates CWB’s workplace, known for its foundation of people who consistently deliver outstanding results, nurture strong relationships, embrace change, actively engage in learning and development, and promote equitable opportunities for all.
CWB will be honoured at an awards celebration in Toronto.
Chris Fowler, president and CEO of CWB Financial Group, expressed his pride in the achievement, attributing it to the dedication and teamwork of the company's more than 2,600 employees across Canada.
“This recognition speaks to the consistency with which our employees show up for each other,” Fowler stated.
He praised the collaborative and creative efforts that have cultivated a culture delivering remarkable experiences and successful outcomes for employees, shareholders, and clients alike.
CWB’s corporate culture is particularly admired for its emphasis on diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. The company provides extensive learning and development resources, such as coaching, career development, and mentorship programs, accessible to all employees.
Additionally, CWB offers robust and flexible health benefit options to encourage self-care.
The company also maintains a commitment to community partnership, underpinned by formal and informal employee listening programs that frequently assess trust and engagement and guide business promotions and initiatives.
