Anil Sawrup takes the helm as CEO of Monex Canada, aiming to drive its expansion in Canada
Monex Canada Inc. has welcomed Anil Sawrup as its newly appointed chief executive officer.
Anil Sawrup, with a career spanning more than two decades in financial services, is recognized for his growth-focused leadership and successful record of accomplishment in implementing effective change and realizing growth potential.
Sawrup’s approach prioritizes commercial growth and strategic hiring to enhance Monex Canada’s operations and regional presence.

Prior to joining Monex Canada, Sawrup held various senior positions in the financial services sector, including roles at Cambridge Global Payments and Moneycorp.
At Cambridge Global Payments, he worked as senior vice president, managing director, and chief commercial officer, where he led initiatives that significantly grew the company’s presence and profitability.
Most recently, as head of sales (Americas) at Moneycorp, Sawrup was instrumental in optimizing the company’s sales strategies and enhancing market penetration in North America.
