Revealed: Top 50 Leading Women in Wealth 2024

Wealth Professional is honoured to present the Top 50 Leading Women in Wealth 2024, celebrating the remarkable achievements of women who are shaping the future of Canada's financial industry.

These leaders exemplify excellence, innovation, and dedication, serving as inspirations for the next generation of female professionals.

This year's 11 honourees have made significant contributions across various sectors, from financial advising and portfolio management to executive leadership. Their recognition is based on professional accomplishments and industry impact, not solely on revenue or sales figures.

Sara Andria Zollo, senior wealth advisor at Harmony Wealth of Assante Capital Management, began her advisory career at 21. Since then, she has established a successful practice focused on assisting families and business owners in reducing financial stress and smoothly transitioning into retirement.

She emphasizes professionalism and actively fosters trust among her clients. She adds, “Existing female clients will refer me to other women, and that’s naturally developed my practice. I find that women managing finances on their own tend to prefer working with a female advisor.”

Amanda Hamil, chief client officer at Portfolio Aid, is recognized for her strategic approach to client engagement. She focuses on providing personalized solutions that align with each client's unique needs.

Reflecting on the importance of her role, Hamil notes, “Understanding what clients truly value allows us to build relationships based on trust and collaboration, which ultimately leads to their financial success.”

Juli Ann Booker, vice president of Strategy and Operations at Revesco Properties, is known as ‘The Fixer’ for her expertise in strategic problem-solving and innovation. She has led key initiatives at Revesco, including the development of an investor portal and the implementation of ESG policies.

“We don’t need to do business the way men do, and we don’t have to lead a company like they do,” she states.

Booker also emphasizes the importance of collaboration and growth. “I believe firmly in having people around that are smarter than you, or else you’re not going to grow,” she said.
