Wealth Professional honours top wholesalers who lead with insight, connection, and consistent results

Wealth Professional’s Top 50 Wholesalers for 2025 showcases the professionals behind the scenes who drive advisor success across Canada.
From expanding dealer platforms to mentoring teams, these wholesalers are shaping the future of wealth distribution with sharp strategy, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of their products and clients.
This year's Top 50 Wholesalers for 2025 honourees were chosen based on advisor feedback and a rigorous survey process that assessed product knowledge, response time, and the ability to deliver lasting value.
Among this year’s celebrated names:
Kevin Geiger of ICM Asset Management described wholesaling as “the greatest gig in the industry.” A minority owner at ICM, he credits deep client relationships and a collaborative approach as key to his success.
“I’m a very inquisitive and curious person, and that translates into business,” he says.
Jamaica Zarchekoff, regional vice president at Invico Capital Corporation, surpassed her goal of signing one new buyer per month by bringing on 18 in a year.
“If it wasn't for the fact that my dad and uncle were financial advisors, it wouldn't have been on my radar,” she says, adding that she’s committed to helping more women pursue careers in finance.
James Bickerton is also among this year’s honourees, recognised for his dedication to supporting advisors with timely insights and reliable service.
Adrian Hawkings of Mackenzie Investments manages a vast Saskatchewan territory and says his success comes from detailed planning and knowing when and where to meet each advisor.
“I like to do business with people that are interested in working with me and have the potential to bring business to the firm.”
Gregory Rank was recognised for his contributions to the advisor community and ongoing dedication to client engagement.
Brent Paul also earned a spot on the 2025 list, recognised for his role in driving advisor support and business growth.
Tesha Gray is among the top wholesalers, recognised for her responsiveness and high-impact service delivery.
Kesrick Wainwright of Avenue Living Asset Management channels his athletic background into the fast-paced world of finance.
“We’re in a contact sport and there’s not enough time in the day,” he says. “You’ve got to compete and if you want to see your name in the lights, this is definitely the sport to be in.”
Cedric Soubry, vice president at Dynamic Funds, says his approach is rooted in listening. “It takes 20 years to build a relationship and five minutes to lose it. That’s always stuck with me,” he says, noting his focus on building trust and community since relocating to Halifax.
Sara Dowlatshahi is also among the year’s recognised wholesalers for her role in helping advisors meet client goals with targeted product solutions.
Joanne Cheng joins the 2025 list, acknowledged for her advisor-first mindset and consistent results.
Lyes Birem rounds out the honourees, with strong feedback from advisors on his product knowledge and responsiveness.
