CapIntel integrates digital proposals into FactSet Workstation for wealth advisors

CapIntel and FactSet have announced a strategic partnership to improve the wealth management experience by integrating CapIntel's digital proposals into the FactSet Workstation.

This collaboration allows advisors to create and share personalized, compliant proposals that streamline the workflow for better client engagement.

By combining FactSet's analytics with CapIntel’s detailed investment presentations, the partnership aims to support meaningful advisor-client conversations throughout all stages of the client relationship.

James Rockwood, CEO of CapIntel, commented that the collaboration offers a simple and powerful way for advisors to analyze investments and enhance client understanding.

The 2024 Investor Engagement Report by CapIntel shows that 65 percent of investors remain with their advisors because of personalized service.

As Greg King, senior director of FactSet’s Wealth Management division, highlighted, the integration of CapIntel’s proposal generation capabilities into FactSet will create efficiencies for advisors, enabling them to focus more on their clients. 

As of Wednesday, CapIntel’s presentations are available through the FactSet Workstation, providing an accessible and transparent way to create personalized experiences for clients.
