Fengate appoints Luke Henderson to boost US market expansion and investor relations
Fengate Asset Management has announced the appointment of Luke Henderson as managing director, Investor Relations, and Capital Formation.
Henderson brings 15 years of capital formation experience, including 10 years with AMP Capital Investors supporting the growth of their North American business.
Most recently, he worked at BlackRock, where he was responsible for fundraising efforts across the firm’s private infrastructure and real asset sectors.

In this new role, Henderson will help expand Fengate’s presence in the US market by building the firm’s network with investors and investment consultants. Based on the west coast, he is Fengate’s second US capital formation hire.
He will work closely with Tara Speers, senior vice president, Investor Relations and Capital Formation, and Nick Leon, director, Investor Relations, and Capital Formation, to enhance Fengate’s North American distribution capabilities.
