Richardson Wealth Limited has welcomed portfolio manager, wealth advisor, and investment advisor Ben Troiani and Troiani Wealth Management to the firm.

This addition expands the company’s presence in Southwestern Ontario.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Troiani has over 30 years of experience in wealth management, specializing in formulating comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth clients.

Since 1990, he has worked as a senior wealth advisor and portfolio manager at Troiani Financial Group, a division of ScotiaMcLeod.

He has also been vice president at Scotia Wealth Management since 2000. Troiani previously managed the Hamilton branch of ScotiaMcLeod from 2000 to 2014. Before this, he spent over a decade as vice president and investment advisor at BMO Nesbitt Burns.

His financial advice covers a wide spectrum, including investment, financial planning, insurance, and estate planning, and he regularly consults with external professionals while collaborating with clients' legal and tax advisors.

Kish Kapoor, president, and CEO of Richardson Wealth noted that the firm seeks advisors who share their values and respect for the industry’s history.

He emphasized that Richardson Wealth empowers advisors to make decisions that best serve their clients, adding that Troiani and his team align well with the firm's culture.

Troiani explained his decision to join Richardson Wealth after extensive research, citing the firm's alignment with his commitment to long-term client relationships and serving multi-generational families.

“Here, we have both the freedom to act in our clients' best interests and a dynamic entrepreneurial culture. We are confident that the resources and autonomy will enable us to excel,” he stated.

Troiani will be joined by Andrée Crocker, Joe Tirone, and Lisa DiMaria. They will become part of Richardson Wealth's Southwestern Ontario presence, which now includes 15 teams.
